I acknowledge that participation in DUG workshops or events may involve both indoor and outdoor activities, including but not limited to hands-on exploration, movement exercises, and the use of hand tools or natural materials. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including without limitation minor injuries or exposure to environmental hazards.
To the greatest degree possible under applicable law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Denver Urban Gardens (DUG), its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or relating to my participation in any DUG workshop or activity.
