Photography Waiver
I grant Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) permission to take and a free, perpetual, and non-sublicensable license to use photographs and audio/or video recordings of me and, and to use my name, image, and likeness during the workshop for promotional, educational, and informational purposes in print, online, and social media.

These images and recordings may be used without compensation and waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials. By checking this box, I acknowledge my understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Liability Waiver (required)
I acknowledge that participation in DUG workshops or events may involve both indoor and outdoor activities, including but not limited to hands-on exploration, movement exercises, and the use of hand tools or natural materials. I understand that these activities carry inherent risks, including without limitation minor injuries or exposure to environmental hazards.

To the greatest degree possible under applicable law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Denver Urban Gardens (DUG), its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or relating to my participation in any DUG workshop or activity.
